Grace is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in Toronto. She pursued a career as a Massage Therapist because of her strong desire to help others and enhance their quality of life. Grace tailors her massage sessions to each client’s unique needs with the intention of promoting their health and overall wellness. She believes that manual therapy plays a huge role in preventative medicine and in her practice she has great success working with conditions such as:

• Neck and Shoulder pain
• Headaches/ Migraine
• Injury Rehabilitation
• Low back/ Hip/ Sciatica pain
• Stress and Anxiety

Grace is skilled in deep tissue massage for both therapeutic and relaxation purposes utilizing a variety of techniques from acupressure to myofascial release into her treatments to help alleviate discomfort.

A great believer in postural, ergonomic, and exercise education, Grace imparts this knowledge to her clients as part of her on-going care. She has a passion for knowledge expansion which has encouraged her to further her education in the areas of medical massage, advanced massage therapy, therapeutic exercises, joint manipulation, and mobilization.
