Physiotherapy Treatment in North York, Toronto

Physical therapy (PT), also known as Physiotherapy, is one of the medical professions which helps promote, maintain, and restore health through physical examination, diagnosis, prognosis, patient education, physical intervention, and rehabilitation. The most common goals are to eliminate pain, improve function and optimize performance.

Our physiotherapy treatment style is personable, approachable and encouraging. We work to address the root cause of the condition and educate patients on how to improve their symptoms, and teach how to avoid recurrence. This empowers our patients to take a proactive approach to their own healthcare.

At our facility, our physiotherapy treatment consists of one-on-one hands on manual therapy. Our equipment to reduce pain and speed up healing includes laser therapy, electrical stimulation, taping, suction cupping, hot and cold therapy, and acupuncture.

Our physiotherapy program also provides exercise plans, which are key ways to increase flexibility, mobility, balance and strength.

We are passionate in helping patients move better and feel stronger.

Our goals are to get you back to your normal daily routine, your favourite activities, and give you the confidence to feel great and live life pain-free.
